Labor Day should be everyday!
Woohoo… A free day to shop, cookout and hangout with family and friends, yet people had to lose their lives for it to happen. Not that exciting now, huh? But we make our plans and go our ways without a thought to the true meaning of labor day.
James 1:21 — In direct or Indirect relationship with God? Yes, it matters!
If God came back at this very moment, pressing pause on all of our lives, what would He find in all aspects of your life? Would the sum of your actions line-up with God’s Word in regards to obedience of His commandments for us all?
Are you activating faith or foolishness?
We’re taking a different approach today and we’ll go back to our scripture of the day discussions in the upcoming days. Today, God is leading me to focus and question how each of us interpret and activate our Faith in God.

None of us can afford, nor have the luxury, to wait until the storm approaches to start praying, tithing, reading, shouting, and any other bargaining tactic we conjure up to perform to be delivered from satan’s vices. The truth is living this way is just that: a performance. You may look good on the outside while doing it, but you don’t feel good on the inside because you know the truth. It may move man, but it doesn’t move God.
