Alvin W. Brown Jr. is the founder and president Ladder Jumpers, LLC. He is an experienced entrepreneur who is passionate about helping the general public to lead and live productive lives purposed in the Lord.
Before founding Ladder Jumpers, LLC, Mr. Brown founded and actively serves as the president of both Brownchild Enterprises, a real estate leasing company, and Brownstone Strategies, an internet marketing and technology consulting firm located in Austin, Texas.
Prior to Brown’s entrepreneurial ventures, he spent nearly 10 years in various professional experiences relating to information technology, web design and development, customer facing roles, including sales and marketing, and business analysis. Before founding companies, Brown held various professional positions with Flowserve, Blackbox (formerly ACS Dataline), Smarter Solutions, Bulldog Solutions, and Wise Innovations.
Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University and and Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. In addition, Brown holds an eMarketing Certificate from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas.
Residing in Austin, Texas, Brown loves attending Christ Community Church, reading spiritual, motivational, and inspirational literature and books, and spending quality time with friends and family.
